We have warehouses located in the United States and United Kingdom. The location of your shipping address will determine which warehouse your order is shipped from.

If your mask order has not yet been boxed and labelled by our warehouse team, we can still amend your shipping address from our end.

We suggest washing your mask only when necessary to remove excess dirt from the outer and inner surfaces.

Yes, Cambridge Masks are both reusable and can be washed by hand.

Should the masks be washed before use?

Our masks pass through a number of quality control checks to ensure and maintain the highest manufacturing standards before we ship them to your address. 

Can I dry my mask in an oven or dryer?

Cambridge Masks should be air-dried only. Therefore, using an oven, microwave, or any other drying machine will damage the mask.
