How long does shipping & delivery take?

We process and ship our orders from 2 warehouses located in Jersey (United Kingdom) and California (United States).

The location of the shipping address will determine which warehouse your order will ship from. This is to make sure that you receive your order as promptly and safely as possible.

Shipping time estimation are as below:

• UK and US: At the moment, we only offer the Standard Shipping service. This shipping process takes 3-5 working days in the UK and 5-7 business days in the US. 
• For EU: Standard shipping takes approximately 21-28 working days. 
• Other countries: Standard shipping takes approximately 25-30 working days. 

Please be informed that due to the customs clearance process that varies depending on the destination country, shipping time estimations may take longer.
