    The PRO mask uses a unique triple filter system.

    The first layer of the filter system catches larger pollution particles such as dust and PM10. It’s then backed up by the Three-Ply Micro Particulate which stops nearly 100% of smaller particulate matter such as PM2.5 and PM0.3.

    The inner filtration layer is made from 100% pure activated carbon cloth, originally developed by the UK Ministry of Defence for chemical, biological, and nuclear warfare protection.

    The carbon filter is treated with silver to ensure 99% of harmful pathogens are removed and killed.

    This multi layered  filter system means the Cambridge Mask performs better and lasts longer than other masks on the market.

      The PRO Mask can be used for up to 340 hours depending on the level of pollution it is exposed to.

      For the average customer this is around 3-6 months of wear. The mask can be washed with soap and hot water, however, keep in mind that this will not extend the life of the filters.

      Quite pleased

      The mask just arrived late yesterday so I have not had much opportunity to try it. It appears to be very well made and I am thrilled with the fit, appearance, etc. I was disappointed however that it took a full week and a half to arrive but then again I suppose most of us have become spoiled with 2-day Prime delivery.

      I have asthma that is triggered by fragrances like perfume, fabric softener, and cigarette smoke. Working in a downtown office building, I was frequently experiencing asthma attacks due to these triggers. After reading other reviews, I decided to try the Cambridge Mask. Whenever I detect any fragrance in the office or on the Go Train, I put on the mask and can breathe safely without triggering an asthma attack. This was before Covid, so I often had to explain why I was wearing it. This is my third purchase, as I'll be returning to the office soon and need the protection. Asthma can be life-threatening, and I’ve had severe attacks before. In my case, the Cambridge Mask has been a lifesaver!

      This isn't my first Cambridge mask purchase; I’ve been very satisfied with their performance, especially during severe burn-off smoke in Tasmania. The mask feels well-made, and with the addition of the neck strap, it fits me better than when I used the ear straps alone, which were too wide for my small ears. I feel more secure wearing this mask during the pandemic since the entire surface acts as the filter, rather than just an insert around the nose area. The masks wash well, fit comfortably, and offer good value for money.
