Other than the design of the mask, the PRO and Non-valve masks do not have much prominent differences.
Both the PRO and Non-valve masks boast military-grade filtration technology that allows the masks to filter out 99% of harmful pollutants and particles including 99.7% bacteria and 99.6% of viruses, but each is slightly more fitting for different situations.
The valve of the PRO mask plays a role in reducing moisture and helping to prevent CO2 buildup. This in turns helps you breathe easily and comfortably through the mask. This is especially helpful when doing intense physical activities.
We have released the Non-valve masks to accommodate changes in local and national regulations surrounding the use of valved masks. This is so that customers are able to protect themselves just as well without having to worry about these regulations.
Please do note due to the absence of the valve, there may be limited ventilation. Therefore, we do not recommend using the Non-valve masks while doing high intensity activities such as running, cycling, or other intense sports.
